PURCHASE INFORMATION

The apartment sales process takes place in three stages.

RESERVATION

An apartment can be reserved verbally for up to 14 days free of charge. After this period, a written reservation agreement is concluded, accompanied by a reservation fee of €5,000. The written reservation remains valid until the conclusion of the preliminary purchase agreement. During this time, all necessary documentation for the sales agreement will be prepared in cooperation with the seller.

PRELIMINARY SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The conclusion of the preliminary agreement requires a down payment of 15%. With a KredEx guarantee, the down payment is 10%. The agreement remains valid until the completion of the building and the signing of the final notarized agreement. All terms of sale are agreed upon before entering into the preliminary agreement.

NOTARIZED TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT

At this stage, a notarized agreement is concluded, the buyer pays the remaining purchase price, and ownership of the completed apartment is transferred to the buyer.

  • Connection to electricity, water, and sewage networks
  • Connection to district heating
  • Readiness for ordering telecommunications services
  • Readiness for air conditioning installation

  • Notary fees and state fees related to the conclusion of the sales agreement (payable by the buyer)
  • Connection to telephone, data, and cable TV networks
  • Parking space fee
  • Storage unit fee
  • Designated bicycle storage spot
