PRELIMINARY SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The conclusion of the preliminary agreement requires a down payment of 15%. With a KredEx guarantee, the down payment is 10%. The agreement remains valid until the completion of the building and the signing of the final notarized agreement. All terms of sale are agreed upon before entering into the preliminary agreement.

NOTARIZED TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT

At this stage, a notarized agreement is concluded, the buyer pays the remaining purchase price, and ownership of the completed apartment is transferred to the buyer.
