CAMPAIGN TERMS

1. The purchase price of a 4- to 5-room apartment includes:
   one freely chosen storage room,
   • one bicycle spot in the building’s bike storage area,
   • one additional (second) parking space in the courtyard.
2. The purchase includes the obligation to buy one parking space in the underground parking area.
3. The campaign offer applies to the first three 4- to 5-room apartments, or until 31 December 2025(inclusive) – whichever comes first.
4. The campaign offer applies if a written reservation agreement has been signed and the reservation fee of €5,000 has been paid no later than 31 December 2025 (inclusive).
